Would you be opened in Holiday?
Yes we are opened during the School & public holidays
Are private one-on-one tutorials provided as well as group lessons?
Yes! PT provides private one-on-one tutorials where the student feels relaxed and can ask any questions. Tuition in groups is also available and this can be particularly effective for students who like to learn by discussion as the students study the same material so they can bounce ideas off each other.
What is the usual length of a tutorial?
Tutorials are usually one hour long, as this allows sufficient time to cover a reasonable amount of material while the student remains focused. However, sometimes one hour is not enough time to answer all the student's questions and a 90 minute lesson may be required which usually happens near exam time. At NCEA Levels 1-3 PT highly recommends that a student has a one hour lesson for each subject, each week.
About assessment report after Assessment Session?
Assessment session is designed to find out the strengths & weaknesses of student in Mathematics’ distinguish approaches. Parents are suggested to sit beside their child during the assessment session in order to witness how PT works.

What hours do you operate - do you work evenings?
We do operate from afternoon till evening during weekdays and are open in weekends from morning till evening. We try our best to provide time slots as per our student’s convenience.
Why are parents advised to observe the first session?
So that parents can understand our methods and s
Are the students assessed periodically?
Yes the students are assessed after each topic or paper is done and the report is sent home to the parents to look at the progress of their child.
Are practice exams and revision notes provided?
Yes! For students taking NCEA or CIE subject’s previous exam papers are used frequently for revision and exam preparation.
Why do PT students do so well?

The teacher’s passion and enthusiasm for Math’s as they interact with the students and the subject, communicates to the students a love of Mathematics.
